First off, let me just say that I enjoyed this episode very much. I do a lot of blogs on my thoughts of television shows and sometimes there really isn't much to say. That is never the case with TWD and I am so glad that this show is back on.
This week I'm gonna just do a list of observations.
1. How long does it take to cross Alexandria? When the Scooby gang left it was light, by the time things go really, really wacko, it's dark.
2. How come last season we saw Sam start in on his breakdown right outside the house, but now they've made it half across town?
3. I liked what Greg Nicotero said, that as soon as Jessie says Sam can go with them she seals all their fates. In my opinion, it was already set in motion when she let him stay in his room all day.
4. F-Yes to Michonne stepping up and slicing and dicing Ron. My big pet peeve early season was that I wanted her to side with Rick on the whole sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do. She didn't hesitate when it came to Carl. Nice scene.

5. How bad ass was the opening sequence? If you said super badass then you are correct.
6. I would not leave my baby with Gabriel. That being said, I'm glad he finally sacked up.
7. Why are the Alexandrians using a garage as a church when Glenn and Enid found such a lovely one?
8. Speaking of Glenn, how lucky IS that dude?

9. Daryl, yes, we all know ... shooting a bazooka in a zombie apocalypse would be cool, but slow down bud. You SURE (?) there isn't a better way to set the pond on fire?
10. How many walkers really went into the burning ring of fire?
11. I do not want to deal with teen angst from Carl over losing an eye. Please ... just don't.

Until next time!
