Cersei just took it up a notch. I mean, really, what choice did she have? There was no way The High Sparrow was going to let her live. What a perfect plan to take out all of her enemies at once. It was brilliant and it's why we can't help but root for Cersei. She's not fucking around.
I loved how they shot the scenes as well -- with Cersei looking off at the destruction she was about to cause. I thought this was really good cinematography. Really great job by the production staff.
Oh, Tommen. Was there really any other outcome for you? At first you're watching the show and being like WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!?!? Then, you're like, yeah ... that makes sense.

- Sweet outfit choice, Cersei. I like it.
- Of course Cersei would be Queen. Do you really think anyone would go against her now?
- Old Man Maester finally gets his what-fors. Guess he doesn't get his wish to still be standing at the end of the game of thrones.
- I didn't feel bad at all for Septa Unella.
- Jaime doesn't look too pleased with his sister. Is it fear for her safety? Is it disgust that she is on the Iron Throne? Hmmmm.
I really wanted to get a picture of Lady Mormont in here, although I didn't, because let's be honest, she's the best.
So to sum up, Jon and Sansa rule Winterfell because Lady Mormont set the tone for the town hall meeting. Sansa didn't want to be Queen, nor does she look upset, when everyone ultimately voted for Jon Snow. Ok, cool -- fine. Check, check.
Is it just me, or does Littlefinger look unhappy? Honestly, nothing good ever happens from an unhappy Baelish.
To note, that was quite the pivotal scene with Littlefinger and Sansa. He has never come right out and said that he wants the Iron Throne for himself. No innuendo or scheme -- just states it. I thought that was very interesting.

- Am I the only one who is nervous about the Red Woman being scorned? I wouldn't want to make an enemy of her.
- Unlike Theon, Jon was not so ready to nominate Sansa as Queen of Winterfell, despite his earlier chat about how she deserved to be Queen more than he deserved to be King. Oh, well.
How is it that Arya can use faces if she is not in the cult anymore? Weird.
Also, Arya, chill, girl. That's some cold-ass shit, chopping up the Frey boys and serving them to their father. Yikes.
Arya's kill list:
Walder Frey - dead - by Arya
Cersei
The Mountain
Melisandre
Beric Dondarrion
Thoros of Myr
Ilyn Payne
Ser Meryn Trant - dead - by Arya
Joffrey - dead - by Queen of Thorns & Littlefinger
Tywin - dead - by Tyrion
Honorable mention -- The Hound
Am I missing anyone?

Ugh, Bran. I still don't care. Plus, having just learned there might only be a total of 13 episodes left in the series I hate this stupid plot line even more. Don't get me wrong, it's a fine plot line, save for the amount of time the show devotes to it.
How was Bran going to be moved from the spot his Uncle drops him off at? That poor girl has no sled, no Hodor ... what the hell?
I thought Bran already got an information dump -- why did he need to have more flashbacks? I know the viewer did, but this seemed like a plot hole to me.
Yes, we get it, Jon is a Targaryen. Thank shit that's finally done. Plus, Bran is so boring he has to incorporate Jon into his storyline for the viewers to even care.
But, is it done? The whisper in the ear? Just stop already. Fully state what happen in the tower. No more. Just ... no more with this.

Tyrion finally gets the respect he deserves. It is so heartwarming when he is made Hand to the Queen. He is clearly touched. He has finally been welcomed -- something he never had with Tywin or Cersei.

- Who can stop Danny now? She has House Tyrell, most of The Iron Islands, Dorne, Meereen, Bay of Dragons ... the list goes on and on. This doesn't even count her armies and dragons.
- Do we see a scenario where Tyrion gets to kill Cersei but save his brother?
- Tyrion just made a strong statement about belief, specifically a belief in Danny. Does this spell a soul shattering for Tyrion if Danny becomes truly evil?
Random thoughts:
- How cool was it to see the migratory pattern of the birds observed by Sam?
- No more references to Wildfire! Yay! However, what does this mean for when Danny or the White Walkers come? I was under the assumption that the wildfire kills the White Walkers. Does it also kill dragons?
- Is there an on-purpose connection between Queen Cersei "burning them all" and the Mad King? Jaime killed the Mad King for the threat of that -- Cersei just burned a large portion of King's Landing. Hmmm.
- Pro feminism seems to be the soup du jour -- Sansa, Yara, Cersei, Lady Mormont, Danny. Even Margaery. She was the only one keen enough to realize Cersei's plot. Arya actually finally got one over on Frey.
Until next time!
